Jobathan's mission is to deliver an unrivalled service to clients and candidates. He believes that both parties deserve to deal with a real person rather than a faceless recruitment brand. This is why he loves visiting our clients’ premises to get a feel for their company culture, and working alongside the wonderful team listed below.
A serial recruiter, Matt has over 12 years’ experience within the industry, sourcing candidates across a number of sectors including Sales, Contact Centre, Financial Services and Property. Since joining he has been tasked with driving the expansion of the agency.
Lydia has a wealth of practical recruitment knowledge and insight as well as a sound understanding of the marketplace. A strategic thinker who is known for her direct and pragmatic approach, Lydia is passionate about all aspects of DNL Recruitment’s offerings and is committed to its future success.
Luke joined DNL Recruitment in October 2017. A reformed sales executive, he started here as a temporary consultant, quickly progressing as a specialist in Sales and Customer Service recruitment thanks to his wealth of experience in volume and contact centre work.
The experience Sam obtained working in a fast-paced HR environment after graduating with a psychology degree from Oxford University has given her an insight into recruitment and her own administrative work experiences mean she is well equipped to provide support to both the wider team, consultants and candidates.
Katie supports the Consultants within the Marketing Division as a Recruitment Administrator. She assists with the registration process, helping candidates with their queries and applications, as well as supporting her Consultants throughout the recruitment cycle.
An experienced Marketeer, previously working across SEO, Social Media, Content and Online Editorial for a global online events publication, Amy has gained valuable experience in a broad range of digital platforms and audience KPIs. Always on a journey to truly understand what makes the customer tick, Amy is a strong believer that building strong relationships and offering excellent service is of paramount importance.
Lotti previously worked as a Recruitment Administrator on the division before moving into a consultant role, so she is able to handle a range of queries and requirements that are involved with temporary recruitment. Diligent but easy going and approachable, Lotti enjoys communicating with both candidates and clients, and working to tight deadlines.
